These are my recipes that I have decided to share. They are a base to help get you started but I still recommend running ANY soap recipe through a lye calculator, before using. There is a list of reputable calculators on the Resources page.
Simple 3 Oil Soap
This is an easy recipe using only 3 oils.
Produces a neutral soap ideal for normal - oily skin
Olive Oil - 13 oz.
Palm Oil - 9 oz.
Coconut Oil - 7 oz.
6% Superfat
Distilled Water - 7.56 oz.
Lye (NaOH) - 3.08 oz.
Luxurious 3 Butter Soap
Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter & Mango Butter with Silk Fibers, Goat Milk & Colloidal Oatmeal
Olive Oil - 8 oz.
Coconut Oil - 6 oz.
Palm Oil - 3 oz.
Shea Butter - 1.5 oz.
Cocoa Butter - 1.5 oz.
Mango Butter - 1 oz.
Castor Oil - 1 oz.
6% Superfat
Distilled Water - 7.54 oz.
Lye (NaOH) - 3.04 oz.
Goat Milk Powder - 4 Tbsp.
Colloidal Oatmeal - 2 Tbsp.
Silk Fibers - 1 pinch (1/2 cotton ball)
Kia's Super Easy Bubble Bath Bars (solid bubble bath)
Baking Soda - 2 Parts
SLSa (Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate) - 2 Parts
Corn Starch - 1 Part
Vegetable Glycerin - add small amounts at a time until mixture has the consistency of play dough
